Your server will be added to our custom–built monitoring software system and anytime there is a sign of a trouble, our skilled tech support engineers will be notified immediately.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of your data is compulsory – one never knows when something could go wrong. And with our Optional Admin Services option, you will enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you being required to set up and configure anything. Last but not least all the backups will be stored on a server with many RAID–configured hard drives. This means that your content will always be secure, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a practically endless set of possibilities, you will often have to install additional pieces of software. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It’s an essential part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which entitles you to call for any of our professional server admins to install any software app and to take care of any trouble that you are having with your server.
